Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 4 is out today on DVD and Blu-ray today.

Eric Shirey at Yahoo! TV took a moment to speak with The Clone Wars star Matt Lanter and season four of the television show. The interview focuses mostly on Lanter’s work as the voice actor for Anakin Skywalker with a few brief descriptions of what to expect in season four. Airs: Friday September 30 at 7:00 PM CT/8:00 PM ET, and October 1st at 7:00 AM CT/8:00 AM ET on Cartoon Network

Synopsis: When the leader of the Gungans, Boss Lyonie, is injured it’s discovered there is an uncanny resemblance between the Boss and Jar Jar Binks. Binks must sway his people from rising against the Naboo and stopping a Separatist invasion led by General Grievous.

The Clone Wars Season 4 Airs Tonight

The Clone Wars Season 4 kicks off tonight at 8:00 PM EDT (7:00 PM CDT) on Cartoon Network. The double episode premier will feature “Water War” and “Gungan Attack.” To celebrate the premier there have been several interviews this week with the cast and creators of the show. TheHDRoom interviewed Ashley Eckstein, Dave Filoni, and Catherine Taber, plus CG Lighting & FX Supervisor Joel Aron. You can also check out previews and pictures from the upcoming episodes over on StarWars.com and their newly redesigned site.

Cartoon Network will also be replaying Lego Star Wars: Padawan Menace tonight at 5:30 PM EDT (4:30 PM CDT) so why not make it a night of Star Wars?

Filoni TCW Season Four Interview

IGN recently spoke to supervising director Dave Filoni about The Clone Wars, season four.  Among other things, Filoni revealed that the ROTS clone armor will be introduced, and the story will start inching towards Anakin’s fall to the dark side.

EW.com Scores Exclusive Look at Katee Sackhoff Mando – Season 4 TCW

Straight up kudos to Entertainment Weekly and their site EW.com for grabbing an exclusive first look at Star Wars: The Clone Wars season 4 and shedding some light on the character Battlestar Galactica alum Katee Sackhoff will be voicing in the upcoming season.

While it seems we still don’t know the name of the character, She is clearly a Mando who is working with Ashoka Tano’s seperatist friend Lux.
