The dapper avenger Patrick McNee, has passed away at 93. BBC reports that the actor died at home surrounded by his family. Although he had a long and versatile acting career, McNee, along with Diana Rigg as Mrs. Peel, is best known for the role of John Steed in the classic British spy show, The Avengers.
