New Star Wars Comic Project with Mike Heisler

Over on the Dark Horse forums, letterer Mike Heisler mentioned that he’s working on a very secretive Star Wars comic project that as of yet has not been revealed…at all. What could it be? Who knows, but maybe it’s a new John Ostrander project, or maybe a new Jan Duursema project (Synlah thinks it’s Zahn). Will just have to wait and find out.
I just lettered something really cool…and I’m not going to tell you what it is!
Forgive the boasting — but it’s very rare that I get to work on a project before it’s announced. It’s a Star Wars title, to be sure, but it’s something that hasn’t even been hinted at yet around these parts.
Since tomorrow is Star Wars Friday, I fully expect my thunder to be stolen within 24 hours, but for the time being I’m enjoying my little exclusive. And I’m even 99% sure that the writer isn’t secretly Randy Stradley!
You can see his teaser post here. And in case you were wondering, Dark Horse did not reveal any details today. At least not yet. We’ll keep an eye out in case they do. In the meantime, what do you think the new project might be, and who do you want to be involved?
