Max Reebo’s pick this week is “Them Shoes” by Patrick Sweany.

Born in 1974 in Massillion, Ohio, Patrick Sweany is a guitarist and singer whose been peddling his muse since the late 1990’s. With twelve albums and a fluid line-up of band members, he hasn’t garnered much attention, at least none that I’ve ever heard of. However, this guy deserves it.

Patrick Sweany brings a sound that is a blast from the past. In 2007 he kicked out the album Every Hour is a Dollar Gone with the track “Them Shoes.” It sounds like a song straight out of the 60’s. The guitar is magnificent and mesmerizing. Enjoy.
