Book News

• StarWars.com has revealed a new book called Star Wars: Droidography. It’ll be out on November 6 from HarperFestival and will be written by Marc Sumerak with illustrations by Joel Hustak, Massimo Travaglini and Arianna Sabella. StarWars.com has an interview with the writer and some samples of the artwork.

• The Scum and Villainy book now has a cover, though this might be a placeholder.

Comic News

• IDW’s is putting out a Star Wars Adventures: Tales for Vader’s Castle TPB. It’ll be out on May 7, 2019. Here’s the cover which looks cool.

Convention & Event News

• San Diego Comic Con is July 18 to 22. Lots of Star Wars guests in attendance. Del Rey has the author signing times here.

Movie & Television News

• Yes, we’ll be getting more brand new Star Wars: The Clone Wars episodes, and to tide over your excitement, you can check out the Dave Filoni interview over on StarWars.com.
• Solo will be coming out on Blu-ray on September 25 and digital release on September 14th. Jedi News has a rundown on the bonus features.
• Beyond Star Wars, the trailer for Overlord looks fun. Zombies + World War II. It’ll be out in November.

• Going more into horror, there’s Hell Fest which might be good. The gimmick is a Halloween theme park, the catch is there’s a real killer at play. It’ll be out in September.

• Whether you’re an Uncharted fan or a Nathan Fillion fan, you’ll want to check out this short film.
