Blast Points Podcast: Episode 119 they talk Solo, the Denny’s Solo promotion, the Denny’s Solo commercial, Therm Scissorpunch, and then they get to their main discussion – puppet Yoda. They start with The Empire Strikes Back, the development of Yoda, the idea of using a monkey in a suit, who was involved, the sculpt, the puppet, the puppeteers, Deep Roy’s work as Yoda, the voice of Yoda, the Return of the Jedi puppet, and The Phantom Menace puppet.

Brews and Blasters: Episode 164 covers Garry Whitta working on The Last Starfighter, Rian Johnson and the new Star Wars trilogy, Solo toy hunting, and they dive into a discussion on the Solo figures that are out or coming out, and new figures that they’ve got or are looking for. Lots of fun toy discussion in this one.

Bright Tree Radio: Episode 29 starts with some preamble discussions, then they discuss death in Star Wars. They go over the importance of death, it’s role in the animated shows, the films, the significance of Shmi’s death, and the amount of death in Revenge of the Sith. They debate whether Dooku’s death was more significant than Shmi’s death, and whether Snoke’s death was more important than Luke’s. They also go over the death in Rogue One, and the lack of death in The Empire Strikes Back despite that being considered one of the darker movies in the saga. They dip in the books as they talk about the saddest deaths in Star Wars, and wrap up with who they think will die in Episode IX. For a topic like death, this was actually a really great discussion. Definitely worth listening to.

Children of the Force: Reaction Corps – Solo Trailer they breakdown the trailer pretty thoroughly, highlighting the aliens, touching on the believability of Alden as Han, the Mythosaur symbol, and more.

Coffee With Kenobi: Episode 116 features Dan and Jeff McGee as they talk about The Last Jedi Blu-ray. They go over the documentary, deleted scenes and the other bonus features. Tom also joins them for the news. Good episode, but Jeff’s audio does cut out a little every now and then. It’s very very brief, so you don’t lose any words.

Coffee With Kenobi: Episode 118 starts with guest Riley Blanton as they talk about the state of Star Wars movies. Riley’s audio isn’t the best, but it isn’t too bad. Then Dan talks with Stephen Stanton about the Solo film and his work for the Starlight Foundation. Tom comes on for the news, and they talk Solo products. There’s some dead air, then Dan speaks with Dr. Annalise Ophelian about Star Wars and Looking For Leia.

Comics With Kenobi: Episode 55 touches on the news and reviews Doctor Aphra #18. Great review, but there is a moment of dead air in first half of the episode. No biggie, though, just give it a minute and it’ll pass.

Then they talk Star Wars Rebels for their main discussion, covering the end of the show, which does get into spoilers.

Williams talking about the CGI version of the character. Jimmy catches a similarity between the guitar riff in the trailer and a Zeppelin guitar riff.

Star Wars 7×7: Episode 1367 goes crazy with porgs. Prepare yourself for about five minutes of Allen singing the word porg. So glad I don’t do the porg count anymore. If I did, Allen would probably have taken the title for most mentions of the word porg as I’m pretty sure even Brews and Blasters could only do three minutes of porg, which got them the title. And if you don’t catch it, this is of course Allen’s April Fool’s Day episode.

The Fanitarium: The Strange Case of Stan Lee features Jeremiah and Travis as they talk about the elder abuse story with Stan Lee, the troubled history with his daughter, and growing concern. Very informative episode, good way to catch on the issue if you haven’t been following it. Only issue is Travis’ audio is a little echoey, but not that big of a deal.

The Geek Supreme: Ready Player Fun With Rick and Morty starts with Regina’s Pearl Harbor address, then they talk about the movie Ready Player One. They get into nostalgic games, movies and TV shows. They also talk about Rick and Morty, have some roleplaying fun, and then discuss which Avengers they think might die in Infinity War.

Podcast Network: Assembly of GeeksRuntime: 1 hour 4 minutes, Audio Quality: Excellent, Editing: Excellent, Hosts: Darth Taxus, Scott, Jeff and Regina, Rating: Fun

The Sandcrawler: Episode 49 they chat about miscellaneous stuff, they touch on Solo premiering at Cannes, them looking forward to the break between Solo and Episode IX, sail barge being successfully backed, the Solo trailer, Funko reveals, new Solo toys and products, and the Denny’s Solo promotion. Fun episode. If you’re looking for a nice, laid back podcast that centers on Star Wars toys and collecting, but edges more toward discussion than straight news, The Sandcrawler is a great one to check out.
