This is the first episode I’ve checked out for this podcast and they’ve got good audio quality. This episode was mostly general discussion on recent news. One of the hosts did throw a little shade at Christie Golden, but otherwise a pretty good episode.

Rebel Force Radio: Episode 5.5.2017 features Jason and Jimmy as they talk about “When the Galaxy Listens” which is now out on YouTube, their new Patreon structure, and then they have on Kyle Newman who talks a little about The Last Jedi and goes into his ideas for the themes and direction of the sequel movies. Good episode, loved the stories from Chris Smith. That in itself is worth checking out.

I rather enjoyed this episode. I’ve been trying a couple out and each one is a little different as they rotate guests and change the themes of each episode. If you love movies, you might want to check this one out. There’s some good suggestions on movies to watch, to avoid, and if you’ve already seen them, it’s just fun to listen to them talk about the films.

The Deucecast Movie Show: Episode 275 starts off with some movie birthdays and a movie game, then they dive into movies discussions with an over arching theme – all films that took place in the span of a day. This one gets a little deeper into some films I’ve never seen. I would have to say one drawback of the podcast is that this tends to be a podcast for people who are really into movies. Casual fans might have a bit of trouble with it as they name drop a lot of films, actors, etc and if you aren’t familiar with those names, you kind of get left behind. While I like movies, I’m not into movies as much as these guys. It’s still enjoyable though. They’ve got great audio quality and the hosts are fun to listen to.

TSW Kessel Run: Episode 5.8.17 covers The Last Jedi reveals and some stuff that might be spoilerish. I stopped listening pretty early on.

TSW Kessel Run: Episode 5.9.17 is a follow-up on toy links, code names and speculation on Episode IX.
