Comic Book News

  • Marvel’s next Star Wars crossover will be The Screaming Citadel. The five issue mini-series will put Luke Skywalker and Doctor Aphra together with Jason Aaron and Kieron Gillen handling the writing. The series will kick off in May with a one shot and will alternate between series just like Vader Down. StarWars.com has more details and an interview with the writers.

Convention & Event News

With Star Wars Celebration Orlando drawing nearer, they’ve started to announce some of the celebrities that will be in attendance including Felicity Jones, Ian McDiarmid and Jeremy Bulloch.

  • Josh Gad strikes again, but this time with Judi Dench.

Movie & Television News

  • A new Star Wars spoof is under way from the creators of Scary Movie. It’s in pre-production right now with plans to start shooting in the Fall. The title is Star Worlds Episode XXXIVE=MC2: The Force Awakens The Last Jedi Who Went Rogue.
  • Jedi Bibliothek has the titles and descriptions of the next five episodes of Star Wars Rebels.

The film is currently in pre-production targeting a fall shoot.

Toy & Collectible News

  • Screen Rant has pictures of upcoming Hasbro 3.75-inch figures including Bistan and Raddus.
  • How deep are your pocketbooks because Kay Jewelers is offering a Rogue One Kyber crystal necklace.
  • There are five new Egg Attack Action Figures coming out in April from Diamond Comic Distributors and Beast Kingdom. Here’s a look at the lineup.

  • Emerald City Comic Con is getting an exclusive Muftak Funko Pop.
  • Dave Filoni revealed the old Captain Rex Funko Pop.

  • Sideshow has a video showing off their Premium Format Rey and BB-8.
