- Dave Dorman showed a sneak peek at his Leadworks No. 3 with a beautiful picture of Rey.
Book News
- John Jackson Miller has revealed the titles for each of the books in his Star Trek: Prey trilogy plus there’s pre-order links: Hell’s Heart, The Jackal’s Trick, and The Hall of Heroes.
- The Star Wars Art: Ralph McQuarrie book set from Abrams is up for pre-order on Amazon.
- Edelweiss has a listing for an upcoming Star Wars YA novel. No author listed but it’s 400 pages, hardcover, and set for October 11, 2016. It’s published by Disney Lucasfilm Press.
Comic News
- Marvel will be launching a five issue Han Solo mini-series in June with art by Mark Brooks, covers by Lee Bermejo, and written by Marjorie Liu. It will be set in between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back.
The story involves a starship race known as the Dragon Void Run. “Han’s been dreaming of entering this thing for his entire life,” Liu says. “He finally gets the chance, except there’s a catch: Leia thinks there are spies in the Rebellion, and she doesn’t dare send anyone else to retrieve these vital informants who are on various planets in the system.”
As Han and Chewie start sheltering these Rebel contacts aboard theMillennium Falcon, the Corellian pilot fights the pull of his own ego’s tractor beam: If he ditches the mission, maybe he can actually win this thing.
