- The Making of Star Wars: The Force Awakens by J.W. Rinzler now has a entry up on edelweiss. The release date is set for October 25, 2016 at 368 pages and 500 color illustrations (10.4 in H | 11.3 in W) from Abrams publishing.

- Marvel is releasing a Star Wars coloring book which will be out in October.
- Bleeding Cool is reporting that the Poe Dameron mini-series will also feature a comic strip with art by Chris Eliopoulos.

It’s our first original standalone Star Wars story. It’s about a band of rebels who are plotting to steal the plans for the Death Star. The action takes place right before the events in the very first Star Wars movie, Episode IV, which was called A New Hope. And I can’t wait for you to see it, it’s in theaters this December.

- The latest episode of Rebels Recon is out for Star Wars Rebels “Shroud of Darkness” along with the episode guide.
- The trailer for the Ghostbusters reboot is out. The movie will hit theaters in July.
- There’s also a making of featurette out for it.
- It’s official, they’re making Stephen King’s Dark Tower into a movie and it’ll star Idris Elba (the Gunslinger) and Matthew McConaughey (the man in black). Having read the series, I think the casting will work well.
- The new Predator movie is coming in March 2018.
