Marvel revealed at San Diego Comic Con that one of the new Star Wars series they’ll be doing is Chewbacca. According to StarWars.com’s liveblog, the comic will not give Chewie any word balloons or captions to show what he’s thinking but will instead have “a very interesting visual language”. The premise resides around Han and Chewie getting separated, with Chewie on his own and eventually taking a girl under his wing. Here’s the cover for Chewbacca #1 which will launch in October. CBR has an interview with the writer for the series, Gerry Duggan.
