Comic News
- If you haven’t been keeping up, Marvel Star Wars #1 is now up to some 66 cover variations. To help you keep track of them, Jedi News has composed a list and a cover gallery.
- StarWars.com also has a preview of Marvel Star Wars #1 that you can check out.
- In some sad news, Tom Taylor is leaving the Injustice: Gods Among Us comic series after Year Three chapter #14. I have to admit, Tom has some good reasons for stepping away. Hope it goes out with a bang.

- Steel City Con is December 5 through 7 in Monroeville, PA at the Monroeville Convention Center. Star Wars guests include Mark Dodson and Peter Mayhew.
- Buffy FanMeet is December 6 through 7 in Frankfurt, Germany. Star Wars guests include James Marsters.
- Edenbridge Comic Con is December 6 in Edenbridge, England at The Eden Centre. Star Wars guests include Chris Bunn, Ken Coombs, Alan Flyng, Michael Henbury, Nick Joseph, Pam Rose and Peter Roy.
- Timeless Collectors Fair is December 6 in Fareham, England at the Fareham Leisure Centre. Star Wars guests include Alan Flyng and Andrew Lawden.
- Wigan Comic Con is December 7 in Wigan, England at the Robin Park Sports Centre. Star Wars guests include David Prowse.
- The Official Star Trek Convention is December 12 through 14 in San Francisco, CA at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco. Star Wars guests include George Takei.
- Sac-Con is December 14 in Sacramento, CA at the Scottish Rite Center. Star Wars guests include Dave Fennoy and C. Andrew Nelson.
- Wear Star Wars Day is December 19th and marks the 5th anniversary of the event. Be sure to participate and show off your favorite Star Wars clothing.
- Star Wars Weekends will be May 15-17, May 22-24, May 29-31, June 5-7 and June 12-14, 2015.
Fandom News
- Jedi News has some nice highlights of Bob Iger’s comments on Star Wars attractions at Disney theme parks. While it may be a wait, the good news is that it’s coming.
Movie & Television News
- The coolest news this week comes from Entertainment Weekly who has an exclusive array of vintage style Topps trading cards revealing the names of the characters in The Force Awakens teaser trailer. Click here to check out the names and the cards.
- One interesting piece from the New York Daily News was a quote from Andy Serkis regarding his voice for the trailer, “the raspy voice was very much ’emotionally rooted’ in his top-secret character.”
- CW’s The Flash is going to kick things up with Mark Hamill returning to his role as The Trickster according to Coming Soon.
- Ewan McGregor fans can look forward to Last Days in the Desert, a film where Ewan will play both Jesus and the devil.
- Kingsman: The Secret Service will be out February 13, 2015 and Red Ban trailer #3 makes it look pretty cool.
- Mark May 15, 2015 on your calendars because that’s when Mad Max: Fury Road hits theaters. We’ve also got a new trailer.
- And for laughs, Hot Tub Time Machine 2 (coming February 2015).
Star Wars Celebration Anaheim
- Star Wars Celebration Anaheim is still a way off in April 16-19, 2015, but they’ve revealed that Star Wars Rebels Season 2 will premiere there along with guests Dave Filoni, Freddie Prinze, Jr., Vanessa Marshall, Tiya Sircar, Steve Blum and Taylor Gray.
- They’ve also revealed all the fan groups that will be in attendance.
- As well as the Collector’s Stage Collecting Track and some of the collector’s panels.
Video Game News
- I really wish this was a book or a movie, but for the online gamers out there, Star Wars: The Old Republic has unveiled the launch trailer for Shadow of Revan.
