Acme Archives is hosting a time release for new Star Wars artwork from September 5 through 15th on darkinkart.com. I’m not sure about the full lineup, but Star Wars artist Joe Corroney has already revealed he’ll be one of them.
For those with deep pockets, you can pick up Jerry Vanderstelt‘s new Han Solo and Chewbacca painting. He’s got the original up for sale on eBay. If you just want a pic for your desktop, you can check out his Facebook page.

Comic News

Marvel revealed they will be reprinting some Dark Horse Star Wars comics under the Legends banner.
Jedi Journals has an audio interview with Jordan D. White, the editor on the upcoming Marvel Star Wars comics.

Star Wars Episode VII has resumed shooting.
New Star Wars Rebels teaser entitled “Timeline” over on Disney. There’s also one for Zeb called “Entanglement“.
Blade Runner 2 has a script and Harrison Ford will be in it according to Entertainment Weekly.
Seventh Sun has a new trailer out. The February 2015 movie will star Jeff Bridges and Julianne Moore.

Ewan McGregor will be in a new film called Son of a Gun. (which will hit Australia in October).

Arnold Schwarzenegger has done a zombie movie called Maggie, unfortunately no word on a release date yet.

Toy News

Dorkside Toys had pre-orders up for a new wave of Black Series 6-inch figures: Clone Commander Cody, Princess Leia in Boussh Disguise, and IG-88, however they don’t appear to be up anymore.
Toyark has pictures of the upcoming MAFEX 6″ stormtrooper. You can pre-order it at Big Bad Toy Store.
For collectors looking for something different, there’s the samurai Darth Vader by Bandai.
