This smacks of the kind of milking I was hoping Disney wouldn’t do when they bought SW. Instead of exciting new content, just reprint the old content and then charge $125 for it.
Does that sound ridiculous to anyone else?

Eh, from a certain point of view, I can see Marvel doing it for collectors and nostalgia. The thing that worries me is that Marvel’s omnibuses typically run $125 (about $80 to $90 after discount on Amazon). That’s a LOT more expensive that what Dark Horse put out.
