- Florida Supercon runs July 3 through 6 in Miami, FL. Star Wars guests include Timothy Zahn, Bob McLeod, Courtenay Taylor and Deep Roy.
- FantasyCon runs July 3 through 5 in Salt Lake City, UT. Star Wars guests include Kevin J. Anderson, David Farland (Dave Wolverton), Simon Pegg, and Adrienne Wilkinson.

Movie & Television News
- Aside from all the Star Wars news and rumors, Pacific Rim 2 is now officially getting a sequel and it will be out April 7, 2017 with Guillermo del Toro onboard and Zak Penn writing the script.
- Andy Serkis will not only be doing a motion capture role of Star Wars Episode VII, but he’ll be in The Avengers: Age of Ultron too.
- Phineas and Ferb fans can check out the trailer for the upcoming Star Wars episode.
- And for those looking forward to Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, there are three mini-prequels you can check out. Made by 20th Century Fox and Vice Media, the three mini-prequels tie-in to the release of the Simian Flu at the end of the first film, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, and are set one year, five years and ten years after the event.
