- Suvudu has a 50 page preview of Troy Denning‘s latest book The Sentinel which takes place in the Forgotten Realms.
- Star Wars: Kenobi by John Jackson Miller has been nominated for the 2014 Scribe Awards Speculative Novel Original category.
- The Dance Like A Monkey kickstarter is raising money to benefit author CJ Henderson. The anthology will include short stories by authors such as Timothy Zahn, Kevin J. Anderson, Rebecca Moesta, Michael A. Stackpole, and even Ed Greenwood.
- Star Wars author Maya Kaathryn Bohnhoff was interviewed as part of an article on religious themes in science fiction films. It’s kind of interesting and worth a look.

- The Hollywood Reporter has been heating up with Star Wars rumors, some of the most tantalizing being the return of Peter Mayhew and the recreation of Tatooine.
- In more solid news, The Hollywood Reporter interviewed Allan Horn who mentioned that filming has already begun.
- In an interview with Topless Robot, Seth Green clarifies that Disney had nothing to do with the postponement of Star Wars: Detours.
- Fans who go to see Guardians of the Galaxy this summer will want to keep an eye out for a possible Nathan Fillion cameo, something he teased at St. Louis Wizard World.

- Sideshow Collectibles Premium Format Savage Opress is up for pre-order along with a life size Han Solo in carbonite which will set you back $7,000.
