This week we salute the most die hard of troopers as they head out during the holidays. As always, be sure to mark your calendars and support your local garrisons.
December 19
- German Garrison will be in Zweibrucken for a Star Trek lecture at the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern.
December 20
- 70th Explorers Garrison will be in Independence, MO for Star Wars Night with the Missouri Mavericks.
December 21
- Dune Sea Garrison will be in Tuscon, AZ for the Parade of Lights from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.
- Mountain Garrison will be in El Paso, CO for the Salvation Army bell ringing at the Peterson Airforce Base/BX/Commissary from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and in Golden, CO for the Olde Golden Christmas Parade from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Spanish Garrison will be in Madrid, Spain for Blast-A-Trooper at Collado Villalba.
- UK Garrison will be in Colchester for Dark Santa 2013, in Caterham for the Starlight charity Christmas event, and in Milton Keynes for Leo’s Appeal for Milton Keynes Hospital.
December 22
- German Garrison will be in Darmstadt for DKMS Action Massih Ahmadi at Lichtenbergschule.
- Mountain Garrison will be in Fort Collins, CO for the Toys for Tots at Foothills Mall from Noon to 4:00 PM, and in Englewood, CO for Petco Tree of Hope from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at Petco.
- Redback Garrison will be in Belmont for the Braveharts Christmas Lights event, and in Hervey Bay for the Scott Doyle fundraiser.
December 23
- Old Line Garrison will be in Parkville, MD for CollectorsConMD from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
