  • Walmart is doing a pre-Black Friday sale on the LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles DVD combo for The Phantom Clone and Menace of the Sith.

Comic News

Events & Conventions

  • Dave Dorman will be in West Dundee, IL for an event at Barnes & Noble at Spring Hill Mall from 5:00 to 7:00 PM today.
  • Upcoming Star Wars author Kevin Hearne will be in Arizona for an event at the San Tan Barnes & Noble at 6:00 PM today.
  • Boston Supermegafest also kicks off this weekend and includes Star Wars guests Ray Park and Jeremy Bulloch.

Star Wars Episode VII

  • StarWars.com has confirmed that R2-D2 will be in Star Wars Episode VII. I think this is a pretty good reason to make this sequel trilogy the astromech saga.

Videos

  • If you’ve seen Gravity, you can check out the short film that ties into the movie.
  • As a Russell Crowe fan, I thought the trailer for Noah looked pretty cool.
  • And courtesy of Fairy Tale Podcast, there’s a nice video interview with authors Timothy Zahn and Cherie Priest.
