Author Interview: Jason M. Hough
July 29, 2013 at 9:15 am | Posted in Miscellaneous | 3 CommentsIf you haven’t already heard of author Jason M. Hough, you will. His Dire Earth Trilogy is one of the best scifi series I’ve read. The series begins tomorrow with the release of The Darwin Elevator (watch for our review). DARWIN is Jason’s debut novel.
Jason is a former 3D artist and game designer (Metal Fatigue, Alien vs Predator: Extinction, etc). He began The Darwin Elevator in 2008 as a Nanowrimo project. After refining the manuscript, he sold it to Del Rey along with an option for two sequels. The Exodus Towers and The Plague Forge release in August and September.
I recently chatted with Jason about the process of writing The Darwin Elevator and releasing a first novel. You can read the non-spoiler interview here.
