Going through the edelweiss catalog, our Gungan spies spotted an interesting entry for a new owner’s workshop manual…for the Death Star. According to edelweiss, the book will be written by Ryder Windham and illustrated by Chris Reiff and Chris Trevas, the same team that worked on the Haynes Millennium Falcon Owners’ Workshop Manual. It also has a release date of November 5, 2013 which is pretty interesting considering how close that date is getting and the given the fact that there has been no talk of the book yet from official channels.

The Death Star is a spherical space station, the size of a small moon, highly armored and armed to destroy anything from enemy spaceships to whole planets. Using cutaway drawings, exploded diagrams, and photographs, backed by detailed technical specifications and descriptions of the onboard systems, The Death Star Owner’s Workshop Manual reveals the technology contained within and lays bare the awesome power (and weaknesses) of the Empire’s ultimate weapon.
