If there’s someone who knows heroes, it’s George Lucas.  After all he created two of our most iconic film heroes: Luke Skywalker and Indiana Jones.  As well, he spent 20 years getting his real life heroes movie made, Red Tails.

So when Capt. Hank Hughes, a decorated platoon leader and veteran of two tours in Afghanistan needed help readjusting and getting back to his first love — he’d majored in films in college, George Lucas stepped up to the plate.  Says Lucas,

“These guys are heroes, and we need to help them”
