Interview with JAKe from How To Speak Wookiee
October 24, 2011 at 12:01 am | Posted in Art, Books, Humor, Interview, Star Wars News | Leave a commentTags: how to speak wookiee, JAKe
StarWars.com interviewed JAKE, the illustrator for How To Speak Wookiee, on the official Star Wars Blog. The Star Wars Blog features some nice snapshots of the artwork JAKe did for the book. He also gives some pretty amusing replies to the questions.
Wookiees have a distinct low tolerance for management-speak like “Blue sky thinking,” “Going Forward” and “Singing from the same hymn sheet” and subsequently, the sound of arms being ripped from sockets is a common sound throughout the intergalactic business community.
You can check out the interview here, and he has a lot more Star Wars art on his website, so feel free to take a look.
