Happy Birthday, John Ostrander

Today is comic writer John Ostrander’s birthday. John has worked as a writer on numerous Star Wars comics including Star Wars: Republic, Legacy, Legacy – War, Star Wars: Jedi, Boba Fett: Agent of Doom, and The Wind Raiders of Taloraan. Beyond his Star Wars work, John has worked on many other comics including Suicide Squad, Grimjack, Justice League, X-Men, and Punisher. Before getting into comics, John studied theology and was an actor in a Chicago theater company. He moved into comics in 1983 with his first comic series Warp! Since then, John has worked his way through the comics industry and has gained national recognition in his field.
